Mel is an interior designer with more than 25 years of experience in the Chicago market, specializing in corporate offices, branding, and building repositioning projects. She is known for her creative solutions, strong client relationships, and collaborative leadership. In addition to her design practice, she actively supports diversity and inclusion through panel discussions and her role on the advisory board of Insightful Chicago.

Nicole is an Architect who has been shaping Chicago’s workplaces since 2014. She is passionate about the details that make a workplace memorable and designing offices where both businesses and their people can thrive. Her work has earned recognition from IIDA RED Awards, Crain’s Chicago, and the American Woodworking Institute. Alongside design, she drives technology initiatives to enhance her team’s creative process.

Since 2012, her work has spanned homes, workplaces, hospitality, and retail - each project infused with her commitment to innovation and storytelling. Recognized as a Crain’s Notable Woman in Construction and Design, Jaime also shares her voice as a lecturer and mentor, inspiring the next generation of architects.

Brian leads Corten’s industrial and core-and-shell projects, with extensive experience delivering complex developments across the U.S. and abroad. A licensed architect in several states, he combines technical expertise in BIM and project delivery with a business perspective shaped by his MBA in Real Estate Investment and Finance. His adaptability and problem-solving mindset make him a trusted leader on every project team.

DIRECTOR OF GROWTH
Jake leads business development and marketing at Corten, driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion efforts. He brings a strong track record of success working with senior leaders across multiple industries. He previously held roles at Lakeshore Management and GreenGen Ventures, and served as Special Assistant for International Trade and Investment under U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker.
