Fulton Market Trading Firm
This fast-growing trading firm needed a workplace that could reflect its disciplined, principles-driven culture. Through close observation of their existing office, we distilled three guiding themes—structured aesthetic, contextual awareness, and a balance of work and play—which shaped a headquarters that genuinely reflects their identity. Expansive glass fronts and a suspended wood trellis create a cohesive environment defined by natural light, skyline views, and an entry sequence anchored by a floating Hue Thi Hoffmaster painting.
The office is organized into two complementary zones: Work and Play. The Play Zone offers a residentially inspired library, café, and dining area that foster connection and informal collaboration, while the Work Zone supports precision-focused tasks within an open, light-filled setting. Together, these environments embody the firm’s “work hard, play hard” philosophy, promoting performance, teamwork, and long-term growth. Project led by Peter Randolph with geniant + Eastlake Studio as architect of record.
