333 West Wacker Spec Suites

333 W Wacker is an iconic, Class A building located at the bend of the Chicago River. The design team worked closely with Telos to design three spec suites to usher the building into a more modern future that would still appeal to professional services tenants. Each suite had its own aesthetic identity, but all three were ultimately tied together with programmatic similarities and a consistent use of natural materials. The unusual geometry of the building was celebrated with special design moments and open views to the surrounding Chicago river and cityscape. Special attention was focused on the reception and break areas, which brought energy and unexpected yet delightful design moments. Project led by Jaime Magaliff and Nicole Tabata, with geniant + Eastlake Studio serving as architect of record.
